Door Slabs: 

The outer composite slab is constructed with a robust thickness of 10 mm, ensuring exceptional structural strength and resistance. High-quality M.S. plates are strategically inter-spaced with specially formulated barrier materials that provide strong resistance against power drilling, oxy-acetylene flame cutting, and arc cutting attacks. The door slab is further reinforced with an additional layer of advanced protective material, enhancing its ability to withstand intense fire exposure and sophisticated burglary attempts. This multi-layered construction ensures dependable, long-lasting protection for high-security applications.

Door Frame: 

5.0mm Heavy MS plate is used for fabrication of the door frame. For strength and rigidity the door frame is suitably reinforced along the height and width.

High security Locks: 

The doors are equipped with two superior-quality, dual-control, high-precision ISI Certified brass body locks to ensure enhanced security and reliable performance. Each lock is supplied with duplicate stainless steel keys for durability and long service life. For advanced protection, an external 3-wheel numerical combination lock can be provided, offering nearly 100 million possible combinations for secure setting and resetting.

Automatic Re-locking Device: 

Doors are fitted with sensitive reliable re-locking device. In case any attempt is made through the keyhole either using any tools or with the help of explosives then this device get activated and deadlock the bolt work for added protection.

Tough bolt work mechanism: 

To secure the door, 18 shooting bolts (each of 32mm diameter) are provided, six in front and six at the rear these bolts can be activated simultaneously by the movement of the handle.

Balanced pressure bolt work: 

It provides protection against attempts of dislodging of the locks. If any pressure is applied on the lock bolt on one side, this indigenous mechanism automatically brings into play on the opposite side by an equal neutralizing pressure, thus frustrating the attempt.

Adjustable Strap hinge: 

The hinges are properly aligned both vertically and horizontally for ensuring smooth and easy operation of the door.
