Specification / Certification:

Class C (TL 30D – TL 10×5 – FR 30) As per IS: 550(Part 1) – ISI Certified
TL-Tool Resistance, FR- Fire Resistance

Wide Range:
SIDDHI offers safes size 26″ to 72″ to cater to the requirement of Jewelers to bank and ensure safety and security of your valuables.

Technical Details:
A Class C safe, as defined by IS 550 (Part 1):2022, is a specially engineered security safe designed to provide robust resistance against forced entry (burglary) and limited fire protection in accordance with Bureau of Indian Standards requirements. Class C safes are constructed with a multi-bend mild-steel body and reinforced door, incorporating suitable barrier materials and welded internal structures so that the door and body framework resist burglary attempts for specified durations. The classification code for Class C safes is TL 30 D × TL 10 × 5 – FR 30, indicating that the door has a tool-resisting capacity of not less than 30 minutes, while each of the other five sides of the safe (top, bottom, left, right, back) has a minimum tool-resisting capacity of 10 minutes when tested under IS 550 (Part 2) procedures

Door & Wall:
Overall Body Wall Thickness on all Sides – 100.0 mm. The most frequently attacked portion of safe, the door is given superior protection with a series of Heavy duty barrier Material. The door is made by heavy thick and tough steel plates reinforced with drill, Hammer and Oxyacetylene resistant special alloy plates covered with thick M.S. plates. The total thickness of the door is overall thickness of the door is 160 mm.

Locks:
The SIDDHI safe are fitted with superior quality dual control high precision 8 level lockers. These locks are unpickable and only the original keys will open them. Stainless steel keys are supplied in duplicate. The locks are of a Brass Body, unlike most other Brands. Key locks used area in Compliance with type A of IS 17566.

Bolt work Mechanism:

Based on the model and size, Siddhi safes are equipped with multiple heavy-duty retractable shooting bolts as per the technical specification chart. Precisely engineered solid steel shooting bolts are strategically positioned on four sides of the door to ensure uniform pressure distribution and enhanced locking strength. The door is secured firmly behind a reinforced solid jamb structure for maximum protection. The advanced dual-stage lock case construction significantly improves resistance against burglary attempts and fire exposure. Shooting Bolt Diameter: 32 mm. Bolt Engagement Depth: 15 mm, ensuring strong and secure door anchoring.

Auto Re-locking System:
Incorporating advanced security technology, Siddhi Safes are equipped with an automatic deadlock mechanism designed to respond instantly to tampering attempts. Even a minor attack on the door or locking area activates the internal relocking device, immediately securing the safe in a fully deadlocked position. This intelligent safety feature provides an additional layer of protection against forced entry. Unlike many conventional safes in the market that claim high security standards, they often lack such an advanced and responsive deadlock system.

Safe Testing:
Our safes are recently tested in the BIS Government Laboratory in accordance with IS 550 standards using the latest testing equipment, advanced fire-testing methods & Burglary testing. The safes provide reliable 30-minute fire-resistant protection, ensuring the safety of important documents, cash, and valuables during fire conditions. Burglary testing uses advanced technology and high-precision equipment to evaluate the strength and resistance of safes

Fire Resistance capacity:
A safe with a 30-minute fire-resistance rating is built to protect documents, cash, and valuables from heat and fire damage for up to 30 minutes under tested fire conditions. The safe is constructed with special fire-insulating materials that help keep the internal temperature low during a fire. This level of protection is suitable for homes, offices, and businesses requiring basic fire security for important items.

In the Indian standard:

  • Class C safes are designated with the classification code TL 30 D × TL 10 × 5 – FR 30.
    • TL 30 D — The door has tool resisting capacity for 30 minutes against mechanical tools.
    • TL 10 × 5 — The other five sides (top, bottom, left, right, back) each have a tool resisting capacity of 10 minutes.
    • FR 30 — The safe has fire resistance for 30 minutes.
